Welcome to Betgee. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Betgee website located at betgee.biz, including all games, sports betting products, and any other services made available through the platform. Betgee is an online casino and sports betting platform designed specifically for Pakistani players, offering games in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and payment methods used every day across Pakistan.

By accessing the Betgee platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Betgee platform.

These terms apply to all registered users and visitors of betgee.biz. They should be read alongside the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, which together form the full legal framework governing your use of the Betgee platform.

To register and use the Betgee platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Betgee strictly prohibits access by individuals under the age of 18. This is a non-negotiable requirement — no exceptions are made.
• You must be a resident of, or physically located in, a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited.
• You must be acting on your own behalf as an individual — not on behalf of a company, third party, or any other person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or self-excluded from the Betgee platform or from any other gambling service.
• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your location.

Betgee reserves the right to request verification of age and identity at any point. If you are found to have provided false information regarding your age, Betgee will immediately close your account, void any outstanding bets or balances arising from the period of underage use, and report the matter to the appropriate authorities where required.

Each eligible person may register one account only on the Betgee platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any bonuses or winnings accumulated across them.

When registering your Betgee account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information including your real name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and a valid payment method.
• Keep your login credentials — username and password — strictly confidential. You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify Betgee immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account by contacting support@betgee.biz.
• Keep your account details up to date. If your mobile number or payment details change, update them in the account settings promptly.

Betgee reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where we reasonably believe the information provided is false or incomplete, where there is evidence of fraudulent activity, or where the account has been dormant for more than 12 consecutive months with a zero balance. In the case of dormant accounts with a positive balance, Betgee will attempt to contact the account holder before any action is taken.

All transactions on the Betgee platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Betgee supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals:

Betgee does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. Any fees imposed by your bank or mobile wallet provider are outside of Betgee's control. Withdrawals are processed to the same method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where possible. Betgee reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal above Rs 50,000.

Deposits must be funded from payment methods registered in your own name. Using a payment method belonging to another person is a violation of these terms and will result in account suspension.

Betgee offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, and the general bonus rules set out in this section.

Welcome Bonus: New Betgee members who make a first qualifying deposit are eligible for a 100% match bonus up to Rs 25,000. The minimum qualifying deposit is Rs 500. The welcome bonus must be claimed via the Promotions page before the first deposit is made — it cannot be applied retrospectively.

Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds at Betgee are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money balance. The standard wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount. For example: a Rs 5,000 bonus requires Rs 1,50,000 in total qualifying bets before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable.

• Wagering must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited. Uncompleted wagering requirements will result in the bonus and any winnings derived from it being forfeited.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live table games including Andar Bahar, Teen Patti, and Roulette contribute 20%. Sports bets at minimum odds of 1.50 contribute 100%.
• Maximum bet size while a bonus is active is Rs 2,500 per round or bet. Bets exceeding this limit while bonus funds are active may result in the bonus being voided.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are valued at Rs 10 per spin for wagering calculation purposes unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms.

Betgee reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. In the event of any inconsistency between promotion-specific terms and these general bonus terms, the promotion-specific terms shall take precedence.

These general betting rules apply to all sports and esports markets on the Betgee platform, including PSL betting, cricket, and all other sporting events.

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is only considered accepted once it appears in your Betgee bet history with a confirmation reference number. Bets in progress or pending do not constitute a confirmed bet.
• Minimum Bet: The minimum stake per bet on the Betgee sports betting platform is Rs 100. Maximum stake limits vary by market and are displayed at the time of bet placement.
• Odds Changes: Odds are subject to change up until bet confirmation. If odds change between you clicking the bet and it being processed, Betgee will notify you of the new price and ask you to accept before the bet is confirmed.
• Void Bets: A bet is voided and the stake returned if a match or event is cancelled, abandoned before completion, or does not produce a determinable result under the applicable rules. For PSL matches, if fewer than the minimum required overs are bowled and no result is possible, all bets are voided and stakes returned.
• In-Play Betting: Live in-play bets on Betgee are settled based on the official match result. Any bets placed after the outcome of a specific in-play market has already been determined — due to technical delays, connectivity issues, or any other reason — will be voided.
• Accumulator Bets: In an accumulator, all selections must win for the bet to be successful. If one leg is voided, the accumulator continues with the remaining selections at reduced odds.
• Errors and Obvious Mistakes: Betgee reserves the right to correct and void any bet placed on prices that were published due to a technical error or obvious mistake. This includes prices that are significantly out of line with the prevailing market.

All casino games on the Betgee platform — including Andar Bahar, Teen Patti, Roulette, Slots, and all other titles — use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Every outcome is statistically random and independent of all previous results.

Each game on Betgee has its own specific rules accessible via the game's information or help panel before play begins. It is the player's responsibility to read and understand the rules of any game before placing real-money bets. Betgee support is available if you have questions about a specific game's mechanics.

• Disconnections: If you are disconnected during a game round, Betgee's servers will complete the round according to the game's rules. The outcome will be recorded in your bet history upon reconnection. Betgee is not liable for losses resulting from connectivity issues on the player's end.
• Game Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction that affects a game outcome, Betgee will void the affected round and return stakes to affected players. Screenshots of a malfunctioned game are not accepted as proof of a win.
• Live Casino: Live dealer games stream from professional studios. All live dealer games are subject to the same fair play standards as RNG games. The video feed is the definitive record of all live game outcomes.
• Slot RTP: The published RTP percentage for each slot game on Betgee is the theoretical return calculated over millions of spins and is not a guarantee of individual session returns.

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amount. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and cannot be increased for 24 hours.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session. You will receive a notification when the limit is reached and the session will end automatically.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose within a given time period. When the limit is reached, further betting is disabled until the period resets.
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic pop-ups that show how long you have been playing and how much you have wagered in the current session.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the Betgee platform. Short-term exclusions (7 days to 6 months) take effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period. Permanent exclusion is irreversible.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the Betgee platform. Engaging in any of the below will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the Betgee platform, whether under your own name or another person's identity.
• Using another person's account, payment method, or identity to access or transact on the Betgee platform.
• Attempting to circumvent Betgee's security systems, including using VPNs, proxies, or automation software during gameplay.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets or interact with any part of the Betgee platform in a non-human manner.
• Colluding with other players in live games including Andar Bahar, Teen Patti, Roulette, or any other multiplayer format.
• Exploiting software bugs or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings from exploited errors will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using the Betgee platform as a mechanism for depositing and withdrawing funds without genuine gambling activity.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing Betgee staff or other players through any communication channel.

Betgee monitors all account activity and reserves the right to suspend any account under investigation for prohibited conduct. During an investigation, any withdrawal requests may be placed on hold pending outcome.

All content on the Betgee platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, text, software code, game interfaces, and all other materials — is the intellectual property of Betgee or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Betgee platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publish any Betgee content without explicit written permission.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of any Betgee software.
• Use the Betgee brand name, logo, or any associated trademarks in any commercial context without written authorisation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Betgee's total liability to any individual player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Betgee is not liable for:

• Any losses arising from technical faults, server outages, or connectivity interruptions that are beyond Betgee's reasonable control.
• Any indirect, consequential, or economic losses including loss of expected winnings, loss of profits, or loss of opportunity.
• Losses arising from a player's failure to read and comply with these Terms and Conditions or the rules of any specific game or promotion.
• Any losses resulting from a player sharing account access with a third party.

Nothing in these terms limits Betgee's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Betgee reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, Betgee will notify registered members by email or by a prominent notice on the platform at least seven days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Betgee platform after amended terms have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you should stop using the platform and withdraw any remaining balance before the changes take effect.

The version number and date of last update are shown at the top of this document. Always check the version date before using the Betgee platform if you have not logged in for an extended period.
