Account 6 questions

Go to the Register page and fill in your full name, Pakistani mobile number (03XX format), email address, date of birth, and a password. Verification takes under a minute — Betgee sends a one-time PIN to your mobile number, which you enter to confirm your account. The whole process takes under two minutes on any Pakistani smartphone.

No. Betgee enforces a strict one-account-per-person rule. If you create duplicate accounts — even under a different mobile number or email — all associated accounts will be permanently closed and any balances forfeited. If you have lost access to an existing account, contact support@betgee.biz and the team will help you regain access.

Click the "Forgot password?" link on the Login page. Enter your registered Pakistani mobile number or email address and Betgee will send a reset code immediately — by SMS for mobile, or a link for email. Follow the instructions to set a new password. If you do not receive the message within two minutes, check spam or contact support.

Log in to your Betgee account, go to Account Settings, and select "Personal Details." You can update your email address directly. Changing your registered mobile number requires identity verification — contact support@betgee.biz from your registered email with your CNIC number and the new number you want to use.

Email support@betgee.biz from your registered email address and request account closure. Include your registered mobile number for verification. Any remaining PKR balance will be returned to your last verified payment method before the account is closed. If you want a break rather than permanent closure, consider using the cool-off period or self-exclusion tools in Account Settings first — see the Responsible Gaming page.

No documents are required to register. Identity verification using your CNIC may be requested before your first withdrawal or when a transaction exceeds a certain threshold. This is a standard anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering measure. Upload a clear photo of your CNIC via Account Settings and verification is usually completed within 24 hours.

Betgee accepts the following Pakistani payment methods:

All deposits are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) with no conversion fees.

The minimum deposit depends on your chosen payment method. For Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, and SadaPay wallet payments, the minimum is Rs 200. For bank transfers (IBFT) and Visa/Mastercard, the minimum deposit is Rs 500. There is no maximum deposit limit set by Betgee, though individual payment providers may have their own daily transaction limits.

Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, and SadaPay deposits are credited to your Betgee PKR balance instantly — usually within 10–30 seconds of the transaction being confirmed on your wallet app. Bank transfers (IBFT) and card deposits can take between 1 and 3 hours depending on your bank's processing times. If a deposit has not appeared after 3 hours, contact support@betgee.biz with your transaction reference number.

First, check your Easypaisa or JazzCash app to confirm whether the transaction was charged. If it was charged but has not appeared in your Betgee account after 30 minutes, note your transaction ID and contact support@betgee.biz. Common reasons for failures include insufficient wallet balance, daily limits on your mobile wallet, or a network timeout. If the payment was not charged, simply try again — the failed attempt creates no obligation.

Yes. Go to Account Settings and select "Responsible Gaming." You can set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit in PKR. Once the limit is reached, no further deposits are accepted until the period resets. Reducing a limit takes effect immediately. Increasing a limit takes 24 hours. This is a free tool available to all Betgee players from day one.

Betgee does not charge any deposit fees on its end. You receive the full PKR amount you deposit into your account. However, some Pakistani banks or payment providers charge their own transaction fees for IBFT or card payments — check with your bank or wallet provider if you are unsure. Betgee cannot waive fees charged by third-party payment providers.
Withdrawals 5 questions

Log in to your Betgee account and go to the Cashier, then select "Withdraw." Choose your preferred payment method — Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT, or Visa/Mastercard. Enter the PKR amount you want to withdraw and confirm. Withdrawals are processed to the same method you used to deposit.

Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are typically processed within 1–4 hours. NayaPay and SadaPay withdrawals are usually processed within 2–6 hours. Bank IBFT withdrawals take 1–2 working days depending on your bank. Visa/Mastercard withdrawals can take 3–5 working days. Betgee processes withdrawal requests within 24 hours on its end — any delays beyond this are on the payment provider's side.

The minimum withdrawal amount at Betgee is Rs 500 for all payment methods. There is no maximum withdrawal limit set by Betgee for standard accounts — although very large withdrawals may require additional identity verification (KYC) before they are processed, in line with standard financial regulations.

Common reasons for withdrawal declines include: incomplete KYC verification (you may need to upload your CNIC), an active bonus with remaining wagering requirements attached to your balance, a withdrawal amount that exceeds the verified balance available, or a mismatch between your account name and the name on the payment method. Contact support@betgee.biz with your withdrawal reference number and the team will explain exactly what is needed to complete the withdrawal.

Bonus funds themselves are not directly withdrawable — they must first be converted to real PKR through wagering. Once you have met the wagering requirement (for example, 30x the bonus amount), the resulting winnings move to your real money balance and can be withdrawn. Your real PKR balance that was not part of a bonus can always be withdrawn at any time, subject to the minimum withdrawal amount and any KYC requirements.
Bonuses & Promotions 6 questions

New Betgee players receive a 100% first deposit match bonus — up to Rs 25,000 PKR. For example, if you deposit Rs 5,000, Betgee credits an additional Rs 5,000 to your bonus wallet. The minimum qualifying deposit is Rs 500. No promo code is needed — the bonus is credited automatically after your first deposit. A 30x wagering requirement applies within 30 days. A wagering requirement (also called a rollover) means you need to place real-money bets totalling a multiple of your bonus before the bonus converts to withdrawable PKR. At Betgee, the welcome bonus carries a 30x requirement. So if you received a Rs 5,000 bonus, you need to wager Rs 150,000 total across any eligible game before the bonus becomes withdrawable. Your progress is tracked in the Promotions section of your account.

No promo code is required for the Betgee welcome bonus. As long as you register a new account and make your first qualifying deposit of at least Rs 500, the bonus is credited to your bonus wallet automatically within a few minutes. If you received a specific code from a Betgee promotion, enter it in the "Promo Code" field in the Cashier before confirming your deposit.

Betgee runs ongoing promotions for registered players including: weekly reload bonuses (percentage match on top-up deposits), PSL seasonal betting promotions with enhanced odds and free bets, free spins on newly released slot titles, and cashback offers on losses within certain game categories. All active promotions are listed with full terms in the Promotions section of your account once you log in.

The welcome bonus at Betgee must be wagered within 30 days of being credited to your account. If the wagering requirement is not met within this period, the remaining bonus amount is removed from your account. Winnings generated by the bonus up to that point are also removed. Check the expiry date of any active bonus in the Promotions section of your account — it shows the exact date and remaining days clearly.

Most Betgee games contribute towards the wagering requirement, but contribution rates vary. Slots typically contribute 100%. Andar Bahar, Teen Patti, and other live card games contribute 20–30%. Roulette and other table games contribute 10–15%. PSL sports betting bets contribute 100% when placed on odds of at least 1.5. Andar Bahar at Betgee is the classic Indian/Pakistani card game played with a standard 52-card deck. A single "joker" card is dealt face up in the centre. You bet on whether the next matching card appears in the Andar (left) or Bahar (right) position. Betgee offers both RNG (computer-dealt) and live dealer Andar Bahar tables. Teen Patti — literally "three cards" — is one of the most popular card games across Pakistan and South Asia. Each player (and the dealer) receives three cards. The goal is to have a better three-card hand than the dealer. Hand rankings from highest to lowest are: trail (three of a kind), pure sequence, sequence, colour, pair, and high card. Yes. Betgee uses 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption for all connections between your device and Betgee servers. Your password is stored using one-way hashing — Betgee staff cannot read it. Your personal details and PKR balance are protected from external access. Betgee undergoes regular security audits. Your data is never sold to third parties. Change your password immediately from Account Settings. Then email support@betgee.biz urgently with your registered mobile number and describe what you noticed — unrecognised login times, unexpected bets, or balance changes. The support team will review your login history, terminate all active sessions, and place a temporary security hold on the account while the situation is investigated. Do not delay — early contact means faster resolution.

Never. Betgee staff will never ask for your account password, your Easypaisa PIN, JazzCash PIN, or any OTP code — whether by email, live chat, SMS, or phone. If anyone contacts you claiming to be from Betgee and asks for any of this information, it is a scam. Report it immediately to support@betgee.biz. Betgee can verify your identity through your registered mobile number and CNIC alone — no passwords or PINs are ever required.

Yes. Every time your Betgee account is accessed from a device or location that has not been used before, an SMS alert is sent to your registered Pakistani mobile number. If you receive a login notification for a session you did not start, change your password immediately and contact support. This alert system is active by default for all accounts and cannot be disabled.
Responsible Gaming 5 questions

Go to Account Settings, then "Responsible Gaming," and select "Self-Exclusion." Choose your exclusion period: 7 days, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent. The restriction activates immediately. During the period, you cannot log in, deposit, or bet. Betgee will not send you marketing communications. Permanent exclusion cannot be reversed under any circumstances. If you need help activating self-exclusion quickly, email support@betgee.biz and it will be processed within 10 minutes.

A cool-off period is a temporary account suspension ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks. During this time your account is inaccessible — you cannot log in, deposit, or bet. Unlike self-exclusion, the cool-off period ends automatically when the chosen duration expires and your account reopens. Self-exclusion is more permanent — it runs from 7 days to permanently and requires a formal request to reverse any period shorter than permanent. Use cool-off if you want a defined, automatic break; use self-exclusion if you need a more serious intervention.

The minimum age to register and play at Betgee is 18 years. Age is verified at registration using your date of birth and may be confirmed with a CNIC during KYC verification. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 is closed immediately and any deposits are returned to the payment source.
